Ordering and Shipping Policy
All payments must be completed at the time of purchase.
Your order will not be shipped until payment has successfully been processed.
Dispatch Time
As a small team we endeavour to have your order processed and dispatched within 1-3 business days.
Shipping
We use Australia Post for shipping our items within Australia and Overseas.
Please note that due to the current Covid Pandemic shipping may be delayed.
Domestic
Free shipping Australia wide for orders over $80.
Standard Post - 3-5 Business Days - $10
Express Post - Next Business Day - $20
International
All international shipping prices are calculated based on location and weight of the parcel.
Missing, damaged or incorrect items
All order discrepancies such as missing, damaged or incorrect items must be brought to our attention within 7 days of you receiving your order - the date of delivery as per AusPost tracking records.
Cancellation Policy
Customer Requested Cancellation
If you decide to cancel all or part of your order before it is shipped you will incur a 10% cancellation fee. This fee will be deducted from your refund amount.
Store Cancellation
If you have had your order cancelled by us please check your email as to the reason why.
All store issued order cancellations will not incur the 10% cancellation fee.
Refunds

Our store is hosted on Wix.
